I really do not believe a sports bar would work in Wise.

there just is not enough reliable customers to keep it open. counting on college kids to keep a business running is an extremely risky proposition.

I believe in order to be successful in this area, you have to pander to the biggest denomination of people. thats why Wal-Mart makes so much **** money here. They target the average people across the board.

I believe offering a service instead of going retail is gonna be a much more successful venue.

yes, I addressed that earlier. If you read thru the thread, Colgard has been mentioned, as has the two places in Coeburn and Big Bore in BSG.
but a place in teh Wal-Mart shopping center, THE destination for any business around here, would make a ton of money IMO.
